Beth Verge first became part of the Channel 2 News team in February of 2016, starting as a reporter for the Morning Edition. She is now an anchor and executive producer, also serving as a reporter and solo multimedia journalist.
Beth graduated from Butler University and obtained her Master's degree from Northwestern University before heading to Alaska. Since starting at Channel 2, she's won various awards, both as a solo journalist and a contributor to nationally-recognized work.
A student-athlete into college, Beth is an avid sports fan, having covered college track and cross country, basketball and Notre Dame football in-depth in the past.
