Joe Allgood
Multimedia Journalist
Anchorage, AK

(no relation to former KTUU reporter Dave Allgood, no joke, just a coincidence) Joe joined Alaska's news source in September 2024. Originally from northern Illinois and having lived in southern California for the last four years, Joe is excited to return to a snowy winter climate.
Joe enjoys telling people centered stories the most and endeavors to shine a light on those stories and around the state.
When not reporting, Joe enjoys cooking, reading and playing the cello. Also an avid lover of the outdoors, Joe is always excited to find out more of what Alaska has to offer. Feel free to reach out to Joe at jallgood@ktuu.com or message him on social media.
